Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) In these
regulations, unless the contrary intention appears —
Department means the department of the Government
principally assisting the Minister administering the Prisons Act 1981
with the administration of that Act;
Department of the Attorney General means the
department principally assisting the Attorney General in the administration of
Acts administered by the Attorney General.
(2) In these
regulations, a reference to a form is a reference to a form set out in
Schedule 1.
(3) A form containing
any directions for its completion shall be completed in accordance with those
directions.
