When the amount of a
charge, which has been registered against any land has been paid to the CEO or
the local authority, as the case may be, entitled to such charge together with
any costs ordered by the magistrate on the hearing and determination of any
dispute as hereinbefore provided for, and together with the fees and expenses
necessarily incurred by the CEO or the local authority in obtaining
registration of the charge, the CEO or the local authority, as the case may
be, shall sign and deliver to the person making such payment a memorandum of
satisfaction in writing in accordance with Form H in the Appendix to these
regulations.
