Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) An operator of a
commercial vessel must, before berthing the vessel at the main jetty, pay to
the Authority the relevant berthing fee set out in Schedule 8.
(2) An operator who
fails or refuses to pay the fee commits an offence.
Penalty for an offence under this subregulation: a
fine of $1 000.
