Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The Authority may
give written permission for a person to display a sign on, or attach a sign
to, the main jetty, or write, paint or otherwise mark anything on the jetty.
(2) A person must not
display a sign on, or attach a sign to, the main jetty, or write, paint or
otherwise mark anything on the jetty —
(a)
without the written permission of the Authority; or
(b)
contrary to any condition to which the permission is subject.
Penalty for an offence under this subregulation: a
fine of $1 000.
