Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The Authority may
give written permission for a person to use a loud speaker, public address
system or other amplified sound source on the main jetty.
(2) A person must not
use a loud speaker, public address system or other amplified sound source on
the main jetty without the written permission of the Authority.
Penalty for an offence under this subregulation: a
fine of $1 000.
