Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A person shall not
without permission cause or allow any animal or bird to enter within the
limits of the Island.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000
(2) Nothing in this
regulation applies to fauna that is indigenous to the Island, whether
seasonally or otherwise.
(3) A ranger may take
and destroy any animal or bird that he believes to be within the limits of the
Island as a result of a contravention of this regulation.
