(1) A person shall not
without permission —
(a)
post, stick, stamp, stencil or otherwise affix any notice, handbill, placard,
advertisement, paper or other document on or to any rock, tree, fence, post,
gate, wall, pavement, road, footway, or building or other structure within the
limits of the Island; or
(b)
write, draw or paint on or deface any rock, tree, fence, post, gate, wall,
pavement, road, footway, or building or other structure within the limits of
the Island; or
(c)
cause any of the acts prohibited by paragraph (a) or (b) to be done by
any person.
Penalty: a fine of $750.
(2) Nothing in
subregulation (1)(a) applies to the use of a notice board set up by the
Authority for public use.
