ROTTNEST ISLAND REGULATIONS 1988 - REG 60A

60A .         Sandboarding

        (1)         A person shall not use a board or other object to slide down sandhills on the Island.

        Penalty: a fine of $1 000.

        (2)         A person shall not possess a sandboard on the Island.

        Penalty: a fine of $750.

        (3)         In this regulation — 

        sandboard means a board designed to be used for sliding down a slope of land.
