(1) An authorised
person may remove from the aerodrome and may refuse admission to, any person,
whether or not a passenger or intending passenger, whom he considers to be
under the influence of liquor, drugs or other substance so as to make his
presence within the aerodrome dangerous to himself or others or offensive to
others or otherwise undesirable.
(2) In
subregulation (1) authorised person means a ranger or person employed by
the Authority to manage or assist in the operation of the aerodrome.
