(1) A ranger may
direct a person within the limits of the Island to cease any behaviour that
is —
(a)
causing a disturbance or annoyance to other persons or, in the opinion of the
ranger, disorderly or offensive; or
(b) in
the opinion of the ranger, dangerous.
(2) A person must
comply with a direction of a ranger under this regulation.
Penalty for an offence under this subregulation: a
fine of $1 000.
