Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The offences
created by a provision of these regulations specified in column 2 of table set
out in Schedule 4 are the offences to which a modified penalty under
section 42 of the Act applies.
(2) Forms 2 and 3 in
Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of subsections (1) and
(6) respectively of section 42 of the Act.
