RESTRAINT OF DEBTORS REGULATIONS 1986 - REG 13

13.         Fees

                The fee to be paid in respect of the execution or attempted execution of a warrant is the fee set out in the Magistrates Court (Fees) Regulations 2005 Schedule 1 Division 3 item 3(b).
