Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) This regulation
applies to the driver of a vehicle when the vehicle is parked on a length of
carriageway, or in an area, to which a “permissive parking” sign
applies, if information on or with the sign indicates that a fee is payable
for parking by buying a ticket or putting money into a parking meter.
(2) The driver of a
vehicle must ensure that —
(a) the
fee (if any) is paid immediately after the vehicle is parked; and
(b) the
vehicle is parked in compliance with any instructions on or with the sign,
meter, ticket or ticket‑vending machine.
