Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A person must not
unreasonably obstruct or prevent the free passage of any other pedestrian or a
vehicle upon a path or carriageway.
Modified penalty: 2 PU.
(2) In
subregulation (1), a pedestrian does not unreasonably obstruct the path
of another pedestrian only by travelling more slowly than other pedestrians.
