(a) a
portion of road is subject to work being done on, over or under it; or
(b) a
survey is being conducted at any point on a road,
by or on behalf of an
authorised body, a driver that is approaching or passing the place at which
the work is being done or the survey is being conducted must comply with a
direction given by a person who is apparently a servant, agent or delegate of
the authorised body.
