The O’Connor Industrial Area is the area bordered by —
•
South Street between the intersections of South Street and Ladner Way
and South Street and Hines Road;
•
Hines Road between the intersections of Hines Road and South Street and
Hines Road and Clarke Street;
•
Clarke Street between the intersections of Clarke Street and Hines Road
and Clarke Street and Carrington Street;
•
Carrington Street between the intersections of Carrington Street and
Clarke Street and Carrington Street and Sainsbury Road;
•
Sainsbury Road between the intersection of Sainsbury Road and
Carrington Street and the southern point of the eastern boundary of the
Fremantle cemetery;
•
the eastern boundary of the Fremantle cemetery between Sainsbury Road

1 The Road Traffic Code Amendment
Regulations 2003 r. 14(2) reads as follows:
(2) On the
commencement of these regulations, a person who is the subject of an
authorised person declaration by the Director General is to continue as an
authorised person as if the declaration had been made by the Commissioner of
Police.
2 Formerly referred to the Liquor Licensing Act
1988 the short title of which was changed to the Liquor Control Act 1988 by
the Liquor and Gaming Legislation Amendment Act 2006 s. 4. The reference
was changed under the Reprints Act 1984 s. 7(3)(gb).
3 The Road Traffic Code Amendment Regulations (No.
4) 2000 r. 5 is not included because of an error in the reference to the
provision to be amended.
4 The commencement date of 1 Oct 2007
that was specified in r. 2(b) was before the date of gazettal.
5 The Road Traffic Code Amendment
Regulations 2021 r. 4 (SL 2021/30) commenced on
