ROAD TRAFFIC (DRUG DRIVING) REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 3

3 .         Prescribed illicit drugs (s. 65)

                For the purposes of section 65 of the Act, each of the following drugs is declared to be a “prescribed illicit drug” —

            (a)         tetrahydrocannabinol;

            (b)         methylamphetamine;

            (c)         3, 4‑methylenedioxy‑n, alpha‑dimethylphenylethylamine (MDMA).
