Division —
relevant record , in relation to a towing service
provider, means —
(a) a
record made by the towing service provider as a tow truck driver under
section 97(1)(c); or
(b) a
copy of a record given to the towing service provider under
regulation 7(3);
relevant towing service provider , in relation to
the towing of a motor vehicle, means the towing service provider who is a
party to the towing arrangement that requests or permits the towing of the
vehicle.
