Other notes

1         Under the Land Administration Act 1997 s. 281(3), a reference in a written law to the Land Act 1933 is, unless the contrary intention appears, to be construed as if that reference were a reference to the Land Administration Act 1997 .

2         Repealed by the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Repeal and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007 .

3         The Residential Tenancies Act 1987 Sch. 1 cl. 7 was deleted by the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2011 s. 87(16).
