ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 123

123 .         Restriction on manufacture, sale or supply of imitation plates

                A person must not manufacture, sell or supply an imitation plate in this State except under written authorisation granted by the CEO.

        Penalty:

            (a)         for a first offence, a fine of 4 PU;

            (b)         for a subsequent offence, a fine of 8 PU.

        Modified penalty: 1 PU.
