ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 148

148 .         Written‑off vehicles

                A vehicle is written‑off if it has been damaged by collision, fire, flood, accident, trespass, dismantling, demolition or other event and has been assessed as a total loss by an assessor.
