198 .         Variation of order or permit for modification of mass or dimension requirement by Commissioner

        (1)         The Commissioner of Main Roads may, by order published in the Gazette , vary an order for the modification of a mass or dimension requirement if circumstances have changed since the order was made or previously varied.

        (2)         The Commissioner of Main Roads may, by notice in writing given to the person to whom the permit was issued, vary a permit for the modification of a mass or dimension requirement if circumstances have changed since the permit was issued or previously varied.
