Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations These persons are
declared to be excluded from the definition of receiver in
section 98(1) —
(a) a
person who receives or unpacks goods in the performance of a function or the
exercise of a power under a law of the State or the Commonwealth;
(b) a
person that —
(i)
is, or is an employee or agent of, a body prescribed as a
Government Business Enterprise under the Commonwealth Authorities and
Companies Regulations 1997 (Commonwealth); and
(ii)
receives or unpacks goods for the purposes of the
Government Business Enterprise.
