Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The CEO may
require an applicant for the grant or transfer of a vehicle licence to give
the CEO, within the time specified by the CEO, proof of the ownership of the
vehicle or any other document or information that the CEO requires to
determine the application and may require the applicant to verify the
information by statutory declaration.
(2) The CEO may refuse
to consider an application if the applicant does not comply with a requirement
under subregulation (1) within the specified time.
