ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 337

337 .         Operation of brakes on motor vehicles

                The braking system on a motor vehicle must be arranged to allow the driver of the motor vehicle to apply the brakes from a normal driving position.
