ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 392

392 .         Compliance with standards and requirements

                A person must not drive an animal drawn vehicle unless the vehicle complies with each regulation in this Division that applies to the vehicle.

        Penalty: a fine of 4 PU.

        Modified penalty: 1 PU.
