ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 41

41 .         Vehicle use to be in accordance with licence

                A person must not use, or permit an employee of the person to use, a heavy vehicle the subject of a licence in breach of a condition imposed on the use of the vehicle.

        Penalty:

            (a)         for a first offence, a fine of 4 PU;

            (b)         for a subsequent offence, a fine of 8 PU.

        Modified penalty: 1 PU.
