Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations If the Commissioner of
Main Roads suspends or cancels a heavy vehicle pilot licence, the holder must
return the licence document to the Commissioner within 14 days after the
date of receiving notice of the suspension or cancellation.
Penalty:
(a) for
a first offence, a fine of 4 PU;
(b) for
a subsequent offence, a fine of 8 PU.
Modified penalty: 2 PU.
