(1) In this
regulation —
affected person —
(a) in
the case of a decision made on an application means —
(i)
each applicant; and
(ii)
each other person to whom, in the opinion of the
Minister, the decision applies;
and
(b) in
the case of a decision made on the Minister’s volition means each
person, in the Minister’s opinion, to whom the decision applies.
(2) As soon as
practicable after making a decision under Division 2 or
regulation 469(1), the Minister must give each affected person notice in
writing of the decision.
(3) For the purposes
of subregulation (2), notice in writing may be given —
(a)
individually to each affected person; or
(b) by
publication in the Gazette ; or
(c) by
other means that, in the Minister’s opinion, is sufficient to notify
persons to whom the decision applies.
