Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The CEO may, by
written notice, require a person issued with a document under
regulation 475 in respect of a declaration that is varied or revoked or a
CEO exemption that is varied or cancelled to return the document to the CEO
within a time stated in the notice which must be at least 7 days after
the notice is given.
(2) A person must
comply with a requirement in a notice under subregulation (1).
Penalty for an offence under this subregulation: a
fine of 16 PU.
