licence is suspended or cancelled or has been obtained by misrepresentation or
fraud, a licence holder of the vehicle must, if required to do so by a police
officer, forthwith deliver up the licence.
Penalty:
(a) for
a first offence, a fine of 4 PU;
(b) for
a subsequent offence, a fine of 8 PU.
Modified penalty: 2 PU.
