ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 6

6 .         Required equipment to be in working order

                If a provision of these regulations requires a vehicle to have any kind of equipment, the provision must be taken to be not complied with if the equipment is not in working order.
