ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 60

60 .         Motor cycle

                For a motor cycle the charge is $13.20 plus —

            (a)         $55.12 for a motor cycle that has a piston engine and an engine capacity that does not exceed 250 cm 3 ; or

            (b)         $82.68 for a motor cycle that has a piston engine and an engine capacity that exceeds 250 cm 3 ; or

            (c)         $55.12 for a motor cycle that does not have a piston engine and has a power to weight ratio that does not exceed 150 kW/t; or

            (d)         $82.68 for a motor cycle that does not have a piston engine and has a power to weight ratio that exceeds 150 kW/t.
