Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) Subject to
subregulation (3), only one reduction under this Subdivision is to be
applied to the vehicle licence charge payable for a vehicle.
(2) If a vehicle
qualifies for 2 or more reductions under this Subdivision, the owner of the
vehicle may choose which one is to be applied.
(3) A vehicle licence
charge that has been reduced under a regulation in this Subdivision, can be
further reduced in accordance with regulation 84.
