Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) At least 10
working days before a person enters into a residence contract, the owner must
cause to be given to that person a notice in the form of Form 2 in
Schedule 1 of the persons’s rights under sections 13 and 14 of
the Act.
(2) The notice given
under subregulation (1) must be printed in a size not less than 12 point
type face.
