Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The Minister may
appoint a person to be a harbour master or deputy harbour master subject to
any conditions that the Minister considers necessary to impose, as specified
in the instrument of appointment.
(2) The Minister may,
at any time by written notice given to a harbour master or deputy harbour
master, impose a new condition on his or her appointment or amend or revoke
any condition imposed.
