SETTLEMENT AGENTS REGULATIONS 1982 - REG 12

12 .         Documents that business settlement agent may draw etc.

                For the purposes of clause 2(fa)  ¹ of Schedule 2 to the Act any document set out in Schedule 4 is prescribed.
