Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The CEO or the
Board may, at any time during a prisoner’s participation in a
re‑socialisation programme and for any reason, suspend the programme in
relation to the prisoner.
(2) If the CEO
suspends a programme under subregulation (1) the CEO must, within 3
working days after the suspension, give written notice of the suspension to
the Board.
