(1) The parties to an
appeal may consent to an interim or other order, other than an urgent appeal
order, being made by filing a Form 10.
(2) If the order is
not one a registrar can make, the registrar must refer the Form 10 to a single
judge who may make the order if it is just to do so.
(3) If the order is
one a registrar can make, the registrar may make the order if it is just to do
so.
