SUPREME COURT (COURT OF APPEAL) RULES 2005 - REG 5A

5A .         Delegated jurisdiction may be exercised by Court of Appeal

        (1)         A delegation by these rules of jurisdiction to a single judge or a registrar does not —

            (a)         limit the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal; or

            (b)         prevent the Court of Appeal from exercising the jurisdiction.

        (2)         Anything that a single judge or a registrar may do under these rules may be done by the Court of Appeal in the same manner as a single judge or a registrar unless otherwise provided for by these rules.
