STREET COLLECTIONS REGULATIONS 1999 - REG 2

2 .         Terms used in these regulations

                In these regulations —

        authorise means authorise in writing;

        Commissioner has the meaning given in the Fair Trading Act 2010 ;

        permit means a permit under section 4 of the Act;

        permit holder means a person to whom a permit has been granted.
