STATE ENTERPRISES (COMMONWEALTH TAX EQUIVALENTS) (APPLICATION) REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 2

2 .         Commencement

                These regulations come into operation on the day on which the State Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) Act 1996 comes into operation.
