Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations For the purposes of
any application for payment from the Fund, the Board may require the applicant
to have any of the costs to which his application relates taxed in accordance
with regulation 8 by the taxing officer of the Court concerned or, to
enable agreement to be reached between the Board and the applicant as to the
amount of those costs, by an assessor nominated by the Board with the consent
of the applicant.
