(1) A covered GESB
Super Member may opt at any time to cease to be a covered GESB Super Member.
(2) An option under
subregulation (1) is to be exercised by notice in writing or by
telephone, received by the Board.
(3) When a notice
under subregulation (2) is received by the Board, the Member exercising
the option ceases to be a covered GESB Super Member.
(4) The Board may
determine that a covered GESB Super Member who, as a result of options
exercised by the Member under regulation 113(4), is not eligible for any
insurance provided under regulation 111 or 112 ceases to be a covered
GESB Super Member.
