Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) If a worker makes
an application to become a Gold State Super Member in accordance with
regulation 19, the Board is to accept the application.
(2) A worker may
revoke an application to become a Gold State Super Member by giving notice to
the Board within 2 months after the application was received by the
Board.
(3) An application
under regulation 19(1)(c) is deemed to have been lodged immediately
before the retrenchment has effect.
