STATE SUPERANNUATION REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 225AA

225AA .         Information relating to unclaimed money, etc.

                If a scheme is a prescribed scheme, the Board is to give the Commonwealth Commissioner of Taxation the statements referred to in the Commonwealth Unclaimed Money Act sections 16, 20E and 24C.
