Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) For each Gold
State Super Member the Board is to select a day to be the Member’s
annual adjustment day.
(2) The Board may
change a Member’s adjustment day provided the change is not detrimental
to the Member.
(3) The Board is to
notify the Member of the day selected under this regulation and any change in
the selection.
(4) Until the Board
selects otherwise a Gold State Super Member’s adjustment day is the
Member’s birthday, but if a Gold State Super Member has a birthday
within 6 months of becoming a Member that birthday is to be ignored and
the Member’s first adjustment day is the Member’s next birthday.
