of paragraph (b) of the definition of volunteer strata manager in
section 3(1), the amount of the honorary fee or reward that is fixed is
$250 per calendar year for each lot in the strata titles scheme.
(2) If a reward is
non‑monetary, the amount of the reward is the value of the reward.
