STRATA TITLES (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 119

119 .         Preparation and certification of reports

                For the purposes of section 179(6), a person who prepares or certifies a termination infrastructure report or termination valuation report must not be the proponent or an associate of the proponent.
