Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) For the purposes
of section 197(1)(i), the following disputes are scheme disputes under
section 197(1) —
(a) a
dispute about a proposal to terminate a strata titles scheme under
section 191 between an occupier of a lot in the scheme and the owner of
the lot;
(b) a
dispute about a proposal to terminate a strata titles scheme between an
occupier of a lot in the scheme and the proponent of the proposal, being a
termination proposal for which a termination resolution has been passed under
section 182(6).
(2) An occupier of a
lot may make an application to the Tribunal for a resolution of the dispute.
